why is everyone sick?

look around and it seems like chronic illness has become the new normal

high blood pressure and diabetes dominate, while autoimmune diseases (especially in young women) are climbing at an alarming rate. nearly everyone you meet is managing some symptom, diagnosis, or lingering condition.

but why?

after decades of poor nutrition, toxic exposures, and constant stress → the body eventually reaches its breaking point and tips over into disease

is it really that bad?

if we were just getting hit with a few toxins here and there it wouldn't be a problem

our body is designed to heal itself...the problem is that we are surrounded by things keeping us in a perpetual state of sickness

externally → we are dodging chemtrails, moldy ventilation, plastic galore
internally → we are eating trashy processed food completely devoid of nutrients
energetically → we are stressed and overwhelmed

1. external environment

toxic exposures (pesticides, plastics, metals, mold, the literal dirty air) → liver overload + hormone imbalance → immune dysfunction → pathogen overload → disease

 

2. internal environment

poor nutrition→ damaged gut microbiome → chronic inflammation→ pathogen overload → disease

 

3. energetic environment

negative thought patterns + chronic stress → cortisol surge → immune suppression → pathogen overload → disease

 

 

the good news...

it doesn't matter what symptom or disease you have → everyone can HEAL

symptoms like rashes, itching, insomnia, anxiety, aches, frequent colds, digestive issues, and constant fatigue aren’t the root problem → they’re downstream signals

the real imbalance starts much earlier, long before symptoms ever show up

the root cause(s) of most diseases:

1. chronic malnutrition
our diets are failing us...stripped of minerals, vitamins, and fiber. a depleted diet wrecks the gut microbiome → triggers chronic inflammation, which drains the body's resources until there's nothing left to fight with. that's when pathogens move in (parasites, viruses, bacteria, fungi) and they thrive in an inflamed, nutritionally bankrupt body

2. toxic overload
we wear plastic, slather on chemicals, and unknowingly ingest metals and PFAS from morning to night. every one of those exposures costs the body energy to process and clear → leaving less energy to help defend and repair

3. negative mental state
a mind stuck in survival mode
work is draining. the kids are a lot. money's tight and time is nonexistent. sound familiar? when stress becomes the background noise of daily life, the negative thought patterns stop being reactions and start becoming your reality

the combination of these things and the long duration is what creates the problem

maybe you don't have a diagnosable disease or your lab values weren't exactly high enough...but you know your body and you just don't feel as good as you used to...

again, it doesn't matter what exact symptom you have → if you clean up your external, internal, and energetic environments → you WILL feel better

why this site?

after caring for thousands of patients as an anesthesiologist, one thing became clear: people are getting sicker, and many are searching for better ways to heal. i started searching too and quickly became frustrated by how hard it was to find clear and organized information on holistic, root-cause healing...

especially FREE information...i am beyond tired of signing up for all these programs/protocols/classes at these outrageous prices... we all deserve access to information on how to be healthy

my story
for 15 years, i was covered in hives. not occasionally, but constantly (gaslit by everyone that they were 'stress' induced). i was in/out of emergency rooms every few months, saw numerous specialists, and tried countless medications that did nothing. the only thing that gave me any relief was corticosteroid/prednisone, which i took for a decade while it quietly destroyed by body (broken arm, bald patch, chubby cheeks), but it was the only thing that gave me any relief from wanting to literally rip my skin off

my breaking point came in a rheumatology office where my lupus markers were slightly elevated, but not enough to mean anything. the doctor shrugged and said, "you're an interesting case, but i have no idea." and in that moment i realized no one was coming to save me… following that, i watched the movie 'fat, sick, and nearly dead' and decided to try a juice cleanse and was simultaneously forced into a parasite cleanse (ask my sister)...then i cleaned up my diet and stopped eating fast food, processed food, all the snacks, sugar/candy, gluten, dairy, soy...

now it has been 5 ish years with ZERO hives. i don't even currently think juice cleanses are that great (sugar), but i was so internally unhealthy that it was enough to reset my system and give me a second chance at life. my diet isn't as strict anymore, but when you're trying to heal, it is necessary

navigating my own health issues while also working in medicine has allowed me to see the problems from both sides... and now i want to share what helped me in the hopes that it can help you too

this site isn’t meant to scare you → it’s here to wake you up and empower you. to help you see that these products, companies, and “regulatory” systems are not built with your best interests in mind. so we’re left doing our own research…reading labels, questioning everything, becoming our own advocates just to stay healthy. it’s not right...

but here’s the shift:
as soon as people stop buying toxic products, companies are forced to change. they follow demand and money. we have the power. we’ve just been told otherwise.

where to start?

you can't just change your shampoo for 2 weeks and expect to feel better...

it takes a hopeful mindset and at least 3 months of consistent effort before new habits stop feeling like a sacrifice and start feeling like a whole new and better lifestyle

1. awareness → read the labels, research the company, know what you are putting in and on your body

2. avoid toxic products

3. eat nutrient dense food

4. have a healthy mindset

5. find some joy in life

like a reset button for your body → get rid of parasites, candida, heavy metals, mold, chemicals, and all the junk that has built up over the years

give yourself a clean slate for healing!

every patient is different and we all have different goals when it comes to healing...and that's okay
